Hello Nori uses the traditional Japanese cuisine style of Temaki that bases its time-honoured traditions on serving only the highest quality fresh seasonal seafood. Our sushi chefs redefine the hand roll dining experience by making it a memorable occasion each and every time with Neta (ingredients) that changes according to the season and sustainable sourcing of local suppliers.

Our progressive approach to creating delicious hand rolls comes from a desire to elevate, create, and inspire modern takes on traditional Japanese cuisine. We carefully selected a modest menu that focuses on using only the best Neta (ingredients) from in and around Vancouver supplemented by select imported products. We are proud partners with Ocean Wise, who certifies the sourcing and quality of our Ora King Salmon, Toro, Scallops, and Shrimp. We bring that love for details to each of our delicious offerings.
